We are excited to announce our new meal prep service, GKR Meal Prep Solutions and to share its many benefits with you:
Freshness
In addition to authentic flavor, freshness and safety are our top priorities. Our prepared meals are made with fresh and quality ingredients. After the cooking process is complete, all food is quickly cooled and then immediately refrigerated. This process preserves maximum freshness, and gives food the longest possible shelf-life in the refrigerator, allowing you to easily and safely spread your meals throughout the week.
Convenience
Just heat and eat! These are fully prepared meals that require no preparation or assembling on your part. Items for this menu have been chosen, in part, because they keep and re-heat wonderfully. Simply refrigerate until you’re ready to eat, and then just pop them in the microwave, or re-heat in a small saucepan. Enjoy them any time of the day, any day of the week.
Variety & Specialties
Homestyle and Dhaba-style foods are where GKR Meal Prep Solutions really shines. While restaurant style meals are meant to be made quickly and enjoyed by the masses, they sometimes lose their jaadu in the process. This menu give us the time to create dishes full of care and attention to detail. We love bringing you home and roadside favorites that are often missing on restaurant menus. Check out our handmade breads and Dhaba inspired curries.
Affordability & Sustainability
Since we only cook what you order, and cook it exactly how you want your order, we can essentially reduce all food waste that occurs in typical restaurant and commercial food preparation settings. Not only is this great in terms of sustainabililty, but it also reduces the overall ingredient and labors costs of making your meals- and we get to pass that savings directly to you.
Customization
Because our Meal Prep Solution’s Menu is done via pre-order, we can accommodate most special requests. Simply leave a note indicating spice preferences, dietary restrictions, etc. For halal, please note that all our dishes except for chicken are halal by default. Chicken dishes may be ordered halal for a small upcharge to cover additional costs. Just make sure you’re choosing the “Halal” versions from the list when you choose your mains. Please message us first in the case of serious allergens, since we share the kitchen with other businesses.

Q: What does one meal include?
One serving size of 16 oz main and one 16 oz side.
Q: When are orders fulfilled?
Currently we fulfill meal prep orders once a week on Fridays from 2–4 PM.
Q: How do I order?
1. Visit https://gori-ki-rasoi.square.site
2. Choose Pickup or Delivery and your preferred time slot between 2–4 PM (the platform won’t allow you to add items until you complete this setup)
3. Scroll down to our Meal Prep Menu and choose your package
4. Add your favorite mains and sides. Go to Checkout.
5. Before checking out, be sure to add any notes in the field that says: “Add a note for the seller”
Q: How can I see descriptions of menu items before placing my order?
You may look at our Signature Menu to see items and descriptions at our website at https://gkr-eats.com and clicking “Menu.”
Q: What are your fulfillment options?
You may choose Pickup or Delivery. Delivery will be via a 3rd party food delivery service, such as DoorDash or UberEats.
Q: How are orders packed?
Your order will be packed in a thermal bag with ice packs to maintain safe temperatures during transport. Depending on it’s size, your order may arrive in multiple bags.
